 What
is an MOT? |
| |
An MOT is a statutory examination of all the major components
of a vehicle to ensure that they have not worn to a level which
renders the vehicle unsafe to drive. It is a test to ensure
that the vehicle complies with a minimum
safety standard as defined by the Ministry of Transport. |

It is important to remember that an MOT pass confirms that the vehicle has met certain minimum legal requirements. It does not mean that the vehicle meets all legal requirements or will continue to be roadworthy for the next year. |

| MOTs can be carried out on a while you wait basis
(afternoons only) or by simply leaving your vehicle with us
for the day. |
