AMC has built an outstanding reputation
based on the knowledge and expertise of our staff and the honesty
with which we deal with our customers. Our business philosophy
and therefore our success has been achieved on the back of honesty,
fairness and, above all, total transparency. We provide our
customers with the personal service and expertise they require
but at the same time provide a real cost effective alternative
to the franchised dealer.

Experience has shown us that most of our customers initially
came to AMC for one of two reasons. They were either recommended
to AMC by an existing customer or were attracted by local advertising. However, following this initial visit
the feedback from customers is overwhelming. The main reasons
why so many customers return time and time again is that they really
appreciate the honesty and transparency they find at AMC. A new customer recently
commented, "it was the best service
experience I have ever had". |

The success that AMC has enjoyed since
start-up in 1992, is most definately a reflection on our many
long serving members of staff. The knowledge and openness of
our service staff is second to none as can be seen from the
many unsolicited testimonials we receive from customers. Our
workshop technicians, although rarely coming into contact with
customers, are fundamental to our success. Their dedication
to resolving complex mechanical and electronic problems is excellent
together with their contribution to ensuring the well being
of the customers' vehicle whilst on our premises. In any business,
there are always those personnel who are not directly involved
with customers but without whose support we would struggle.
It is a team effort and we appreciate the contribution made
by each member of our staff.

Our dedicated service facility for BMW and Mercedes-Benz in
South West London covers an area of 10,000 sq ft. Having started
business in 1992 with just 3 service lifts, we now benefit from
12 service bays, each fitted with its own vehicle lift and supported
by the very latest diagnostic equipment. Being a Ministry of
Transport approved testing station, we also have a dedicated
MOT bay where we are able to test all petrol and diesel passenger
cars. |
